1/7 I had my first PSL of the season! Starbucks is taking forever to release their pumpkin spice latte but thankfully Dunkin released their psl early so I went there to get my pumpkin fixed and it was amazing! Plus, Dunkin always has oat milk available, unlike Starbucks… 🖤 🎃

3/7 I’ve been practicing yoga regularly (almost daily) since 2020 and it’s been fascinating to see my body improve both in its flexibility and strength. I have always dreaded floor exercises because of my weak wrists, knees, and elbows. For example, planks! In the past, whenever I did planks my wrists would ache because of the amount of pressure I put on them. But I recently started implementing a new floor workout in my routine that involves planks and I noticed my form has improved because I don’t put as much pressure on my wrists anymore and my core is strong enough for me to hold myself up in a way that I don’t get tired as easily. The body is amazing!

7/7 Nintendo released a free demo to try Splatoon 3 before its release next month and the Splatfest World Premiere is this weekend (8/27 9 AM – 9 PM PT).
