☆ I finally published a new YouTube video! I haven’t published a new video on my YouTube channel in over a year! I already have my next video prepared to go (hint: it has something to do with the cover photo). I still don’t know when I should post my videos. I’ve been thinking Sunday but I don’t like to publish anything over the weekend because I like to take that time to rest. I’m not sure how consistent my YouTube schedule is going to be so I may play around until I figure something out.
★ DAY6 – Welcome to the Show
☆ If you haven’t noticed this year I’ve been posting on various platforms (TikTok, Substack, Threads, and YouTube) and trying my best. At this point, I’m throwing everything at the wall and seeing what sticks, haha! I’ve been blogging for years and while I love it, I feel like I’m meant to expand more. I love creating and it’s my dream to be able to support myself with my creativity if I can. I mean, I’ve seen people less creative than me be able to make a career off their content so why can’t I?

☆ I’m so jealous of everyone playing the new 1.6 update for Stardew Valley! I watched some gameplay and I can’t wait for the update to be available on the Nintendo Switch! Have any of you played the Stardew Valley yet?

☆ This morning I hit 700 days of consecutive meditation! I mentioned last week that I expanded my meditation practice by a few minutes. Meditating is one of my favorite times of the day. I love practicing deep breathing. I either meditate in the morning or before bed or sometimes both! It’s not a cure-all habit, I still struggle with anxiety, depression, and insomnia. I also don’t meditate to try to connect to the unknown, the only strange experience I’ve ever had was when I felt like I was floating an inch off my bed but that only happened once and lasted like a few seconds. I’m not opposed to having experiences but it’s not my reason for meditating. I meditate because it helps me calm down and helps me process my emotions better.
