I’ve been on a camping high lately! From watching Laid Back Camp, playing Cozy Grove, and watching glamping vlogs, you can say that I’ve been pretty much in a camping mood. However, I’m no camper! I hate nature and bugs and would never camp on my own but the idea of glamping sounds lovely. My fascination with camping led me to crochet this little campfire amigurumi plush. This campfire won’t keep me warm but it will warm my cold heart! 😆
If you would like to support me for making this crochet pattern available for free, you can send me a Ko-fi. With red yarn, sc around the flame crochet piece. On the second flame piece, sc with orange yarn. Leave long yarn ends for sewing. With the RS of the flame piece facing each other sew the two pieces of the flame together to create a ‘flame pillow’. Lightly stuff with polyfill before sewing the flame closed.
Assembly
With the logs, create a hashtag and sew the top logs to the bottom logs by sewing the backs of the top logs to the bottom logs. Use sewing pins to keep the top logs from moving. If you’re lazy, use hot glue to attach the logs instead. Next, sew (or hot glue) the flame to the center of the top logs.
Optional: Use black yarn (or felt) to create eyes. This makes your extra campfire extra cute!
