Etude House Precious Mineral Any Cushion ♥ Beauty Review

After months and months of hearing about these cushion compacts, I finally decided to jump on the bandwagon and purchase the Etude House Precious Mineral Any Cushion. It’s a 6-in-1 product that is supposed to brighten, control oily, correct your skin tone, moisturize, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and has a UV protection with SPF 50 PA+++. I’ve been testing out this cushion for about a month and here are my thoughts on it.

This puff is supposed to transfer the product on your face with getting any sebum on it. So you can reuse without worrying about transferring any bacteria. By the way, I use the natural beige shade.

What does it do?
“This cushion pact perfects all-day radiant and moist skin with its multi-function of brightening, wrinkle-reducing, sebum control, and flawless coverage.”

– You can’t use the puff to blend

My experience
The product inside the cushion has the same consistency as a bb cream, which is fine with me because I use bb/cc creams all the time. The coverage is light to medium coverage, so if you don’t have that much to cover then this is perfect for you. It’s portable so if you are in school and want something quick to apply in the morning this is great for you. I only had three reasons why I didn’t like this. Number one, it only comes in three shades so if you have darker skin sadly it won’t match your skin. Number two, the compact is bland but they do sell compacts but only when they have special collections (like the Minnie Mouse and Cinderella ones). Lastly, you can’t use the puff/sponge to blend in the product so you either have to use your hands or a brush (I use a stippling brush).

Would I recommend this?
Yes! It’s my first time using a cushion compact and I think it’s an amazing idea! I think the Etude House cushion was a great introduction to the cushion family for me. I can’t wait to play around with some more cushion products.
