☆ I’ve been drinking Pukka’s Night Time Berry tea every night (sometimes two cups!) this week and just had to share! It’s a fruity floral tea. It hasn’t improved my sleep, but I like how calming it’s been to drink a cup in the evening.

☆ This week I got lucky with Sanrio items, twice! My younger sister found Hello Kitty and Friends x Care Bare collection shirts at Walmart for only $2 so of course we got matching sister shirts! The sizes were huge, but I plan on wearing it as a sleep or workout shirt so it doesn’t matter. Then, later that day, I went to Michael’s Craft Store and found some Hello Kitty stickers for $1.99! The Sanrio gods were on my side! haha

☆ While at Michael’s Craft Store, I noticed that one of my go-to acrylic yarns Red Heart Super Saver has doubled in price! It used to be $1-2.99 per skein but now it’s $3-4.99, WHAT! It’s been a minute since I last shopped for yarn but really? This yarn is called SUPER SAVER for a reason, it’s supposed to be an inexpensive yarn. And there wasn’t even a decent color selection either! I’m used to rows of Red Heart Super Saver in every color of the rainbow! Is this because of TikTok (with everyone wanting to try needle punching and crochet) or because of the economy or both? smh
★ Stray Kids – Lose My Breath (Feat. Charlie Puth)
☆ How cute is that Kuromi pouch? I saw a photo of these cute Sanrio pouches on Pinterest and just had to crochet one. The channel ETM’s Studio has a lot of cute and easy crochet tutorials including many Sanrio character pouches! I made the Kuromi as a gift but I’m going to make a Hello Kitty pouch for myself. I rarely follow other crochet patterns because when I want to crochet something I just make up the pattern as I go. I’ve been crocheting for over 15 years and after a while, you notice the repetition in the patterns but it’s always nice to see what different techniques other people use in their crochet patterns. Also, Technically, this is another Sanrio-related thing so I got blessed by the Sanrio gods yet again! haha

Thanks! I’ve been crocheting for 15 years so after a while, you pick up on what stitches do what and what you have to do to make certain shapes. It’s a weird flex to have. haha

Aw matching sister tops sound so cute!!
Everything has surged in price recently – it’s the ongoing wars, conflicts and climate change driving up the cost of raw materials and produce. I’m finding it a struggle to keep up with my offline hobbies because of it.
We have a lot of matching things, most of them are Sanrio-related. haha
Yeah, I know! I’ve had to budget and get rid of subscription services because of the rising prices of everything! I knew they probably raised the prices for certain yarns but double the price? For a yarn that used to be super cheap? That’s ridiculous! ♥
