☆ I took a break from the blog this week because I felt overwhelmed with a bunch of stuff. I’m actually thinking of switching my posting schedule from 2-3 times a week to 2 times a week instead. At least for now.

☆ I started playing Stardew Valley! I know! I’m super late on the Stardew Valley train! I’ve heard of Stardew before from other bloggers and people who I follow online but when I saw trailers or screenshots from the game it never intrigued me, until now. But, I was listening to a podcast and the hosts kept talking about Stardew (these were old episodes) so I got curious and decided to download the game and I’m addicted! It’s really cute and wholesome and I’m enjoying the process of building up my farm. Let me know if you have any tips for a beginner playing Stardew Valley.

☆ My sleeping schedule is so messed up at the moment. I don’t know what happened but this entire month my sleep has been the worst and it’s been screwing up my daily schedule but I’m slowly trying to work on it. It’s funny because I enjoy watching those tarot ‘pick a month’ videos on Youtube and one of them mentioned that I should prioritize my sleeping in July! haha
★ TREASURE – BONA BONA
☆ I finally watched Barbie this week and loved it! The outfits and aesthetics of this film were 10000000% on point! Have you watched Barbie?

I’m taking an accidental blog break at the moment – enjoying summer too much to finish many (or any!) of my draft posts! A break or slowing down is often good.
Hope you can fix or tweak your sleep schedule soon too! It really has such an impact on everyday energy levels and routines, right?

I”m so glad you decided to give Stardew Valley a chance! I know some people aren’t used to the 16bit style, and can be a bit offputting, especially if you’re used to other cozy games where the artwork is so beautiful. I have over 200 hours of gaming on Stardew! Hope you have a great week xxx

That’s exactly why I never played Stardew Valley in the first place! I can be a bit of a snob when it comes to animation styles and the 16bit graphic style of Stardew always through me off but I’m so glad I gave Stardew a chance because it’s such a fun and cozy game!
