☆ I was interested to see how much water I drink in a day so I added a water tracker to my planner so I can see the average amount of water I drink in a day. Now, I do drink a lot of water because it’s my drink of choice, I only drink water, iced coffee, and tea. I use a 20 oz glass water bottle that I refill multiple times a day.
I used to track my water intake by noticing the color of my urine (gross, I know). I would always try to get my pee to as clear as possible because I heard that’s a way to check if you’re hydrated or not. After tracking my water for a week I’ve come to the conclusion that my average water intake is pretty good. I drink about 50-70 oz of water a day (sometimes more sometimes less), I forgot to track the water I drink when I workout. When I was searching for how much water you should drink a day there was so many different results,
★ LE SSERAFIM – UNFORGIVEN (feat. Nile Rodgers)
☆ Spaghetti with spinach sauce and grape tomatoes! It’s been my go-to lunch/dinner meal. I love how easy it is to prepare and you’re getting in your vegetables as the spinach sauce requires a whole bag of spinach, though I only use half. You can also add in more vegetables if you want but I love this pasta paired with grape or cherry tomatoes. Tip: I add a 1/3 cup of almond milk to make the sauce more creamy!

☆ Kim-Joy (from the Great British Bake Off) released her first comic called Turtle Bread. You can read it on Amazon Kindle App for free (if you have an Amazon Prime account). Even though this comic looks cute (and it is!) it’s also sad and even made me cry, it’s been stressful. I could relate to the main character, Yan so much. Yan suffers from anxiety and the way they showcase anxiety is the best I’ve seen in anything I’ve read so far. Because this is by Kim-Joy it involves a few baking recipes, there are a total of four recipes! I highly recommend reading this comic, especially if you enjoy baking but be warned it might make you cry!
★ ASH ISLAND – WONDER
☆ For the month of May, I’m taking part in Mashed Potato May which is a reading challenge started by the Books Unbound podcast. You basically pick a book(s) that you DNF and pick up again with the intent to finish it this time. I picked The Interestings by Meg Wolitzer because I actually tried to read this book back a few months ago but it got so boring that I changed to another book I’m going to force myself to finish this book this month no matter what! What are you currently reading?

I’m currently about to start reading “Twisted Love” by Ana Huang, since last night I finished the first book of “Haunting Adeline” by H.D Carlton. Also I’ve previously DNF’d “The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue” because it was painfully slow, maybe one day I’ll pick it up again. 🙂

If you want to join Mashed Potatoe May and pick up the book you DNF’d then now would be the perfect time! My main focus is to finish The Interestings this month but I’m also listening to the audio version of The Murder of Rodger Ackroyd by Agatha Christie. ♥

That spaghetti recipe looks delicious!
I’ve gotten so much better at drinking water since investing in a big bottle. Now I’m getting about 3L in per day!
