☆ As I was putting away my last read, I decided to look through my bulging bookcase and look through all the books I have, never finished, and no longer want. I want my bookcase to be filled with books that I truly enjoy and would like to reread one day but right now my bookshelf has a lot of book fillers that I need to get rid of the books that I no longer spark happiness. This is your reminder to do the same!

☆ if it’s one thing I’m good at is sticking to a challenge, so I’m challenging myself to do the splits before I reach 30 this July! After getting such great results from following this flexible back video I’ve decided to do this flexible hips video daily. I’m trying to enter my 30s in my best shape and as healthy as possible! I’m already pretty flexible as is but I would like to improve my hip and leg flexibility. Ideally, I would love to be able to do a middle split and standing split one day, but for right now, I’m only going to focus on the basic splits and improving my flexibility.

☆ I came across this book podcast called Books Unbound. I’ve only listened to a few episodes, but I already love it! They also have a bookstagram and Youtube channel, if you prefer to watch podcasts (a concept I will never understand). They post new episodes every Sunday. If you enjoy reading and all things books definitely check them out.
