Welcome back to another deck review. In the post, I’ll be reviewing The Healing Waters Oracle by Rebecca Campbell. Check out my last tarot card review here. Continue reading to find out my thoughts and opinions on this oracle deck.
The Healing Waters Oracle was created by Rebecca Campbell with artwork by Katie-Lousie. Rebecca Campbell is an author and has released Work Your Light Oracle, The Starseed Oracle, The Rose Oracle, and The Ancient Stones.
From the watery world of the mother to the sacred waters of this world, the physical and mystical element of water has been revered since ancient times as holding the power to heal. Unlock the sacred wisdom of the waters and your innate capacity to heal with this stunning oracle.
Activating this oracle will help you connect to your inner world and further your connection with the sacred waters. “You will guided to attune to the healing wisdom of water and create space in your life to replenish, reflect, and nourish your mind body, and soul”. The more you work with this oracle deck, the more you strengthen your connection with your intuition. The deck contains 44-cards and a thick guidebook. The first half of the book contains information about the deck and the second half of the guidebook explains each one of the cards.

THINGS TO NOTE
– Beautiful images and artwork
– Matte finish
– Comes with a guidebook
– Oracle card spread ideas
– No reverse meanings
– Diverse charaters
– Interesting box design
– Comes with a lot of extra content
– Pretty card backs
Like all of Campbell’s decks, the cards in The Healing Waters Oracle cards have a matte finish. I always find cards that have a finish like this to be difficult to work with at first because the cards tend to stick together and it takes a bit of shuffling until the cards are broken in.
The artwork on these cards is so dreamy! The light blue they choose is so pretty! And the illustration on the back of the cards is so stunning it’s like you’re looking at the bottom of a pool! The people/characters in the deck are diverse hailing from all walks of life. There are women and men of all shades, shapes, backgrounds, and ages which I always love to see in an oracle deck.
The booklet contains a lot off useful information. You can read all of the inspiration behind this deck as well as journal prompts, affirmations, activations, soul inquiries, and much more!
My favorite card in the deck is hands down the ‘Selkie’ card, if you don’t know about selkies I highly recommend you read up on them as I think their mythology is fascinating! I learned a whole lot about them during my mermaid readathon last year!
This deck is called ‘The Healing Waters’ deck and indeed, there are a lot of cards to signify cleaning, healing, and also birth (Rebecca Campbell was present with her daughter during the creation of this deck!) so if you’re in a creative rut this could be a wonderful deck to incorporate into your spiritual practice.
The box design of this oracle deck is the same as the Rose Oracle. If you place the lid of the box from this deck upside down it will create a v-shape. The base of the box can be used as a piece of altar art for your card or the day or week. There are multiple spread ideas in the booklet that use the box design as a way to display the cards.
The last page of the booklet is dedicated to teaching about safe drinkable water around the world. I’m glad that they included this as access to safe drinkable water is a privilege that most people overlook. A percentage of the proceeds from The Healing Waters Oracle goes to Charity Water.
Favorite cards: Selkie, Let It Rain, Ride The Waves, Plunge, Cleansing, Immerse Yourself, Making Waves, The Sirens, The Rainbow, and Metamorphosis

THINGS TO CONSIDER
– Uneccerassy extra card
– Cards stick together
– Difficult to shuffle
– A very “woo-woo” deck (it may not be for everyone)
As mentioned in my previous deck reviews, I hate getting extra cards that aren’t necessary. I have other decks by Rebecca Campbell so I wasn’t surprised to see the attunement card as an extra. The same attunement is featured in the booklet so it just seemed like a waste to have both. I guess you could place it somewhere in your space and keep it a reminder or you can keep it inside the deck and dodge it every time you pull a card. I believe they include this card so you can keep it on your altar so you can do that if desired.
If you’ve never used a deck by Rebecca Campbell or don’t know much about the type of content she posts, then a lot of the information in this deck might come off as very “woo-woo” to some. This deck is a very spiritual deck to work with and it may not be for all. I would recommend you take a lot at Campbell’s online content and maybe read one of her books if you’re intruiged by her work. Go in with an open mind. haha

FINAL THOUGHTS
If you’re looking to connect to water or your intuition, or want to connect to your feminine side or want to heal, or you’re just a fan of Rebecca Campbell’s previous decks, I would recommend this deck to you. It’s also a fantastic deck to use during Pisces, Cancer, or Scorpio season! As a cancer sign, I’m very happy to finally have a watery deck to work with around my season but also in general!
