★ Last year after some health issues I decided to start adding regular cardio to my routine. This week marks one year since I’ve made these changes. I walk for about 40-60 minutes on the treadmill every day or at least I try to do this every day, I only miss about 2-4 days within the month. After a year, I can say that I feel less sluggish and lighter. I don’t weigh myself (because of my body dysmorphia) so I can’t say if I have successfully lost weight or not but I have noticed that my body has slimmed down a bit. I always dread the thought of walking for a long time but listening to a podcast or watching a series always makes time fly by. I still can’t believe it’s already been a year! I’m proud of making regular walking a habit because it’s definitely improved my health.
☆ VIXX – Amnesia
★ Yesterday was Thanksgiving here in the US. If you celebrate it, I hope you had a wonderful day whether you celebrated with family, friends, or by yourself. My older sister brought her pup, Gohan. It was so cute watching him and Lucy waddle around the kitchen! If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw all my photos of them. haha

★ Now it’s officially Christmas season! I’m going to lug out my holiday decorations and decorate my room this weekend. Even though I’m not a festive person, I look forward to falling asleep next to my miniature Christmas tree with the fairy lights on.
