☆ I’ve started adding inclines to my treadmill routine. I’ve never done this before because I heard it could lead to thicker calves but actually, incline walking is an effective way to burn body fat and make your legs slimmer, and do not increase the size of your calves. This was my first week of trying this routine, my legs felt a little sore after each session but thankfully it wasn’t the type of soreness that sticks around. It’s been a great challenge and I can feel my legs getting stronger.

☆ I tried a new curling hair styling technique called the flip section method. This method aims to give you more volume and texture and helps reduce the part in your hair so that you can get a natural-looking hair part, all things I want. I have only tried it twice so far, but I’ve liked the results I’ve gotten and it’s a quicker routine than my previous one so that’s a plus!

☆ I’ve been enjoying listening to The Let’s Read Podcast, it’s a podcast about true scary experiences with true crime stories sprinkled in. The episodes also run long (2 hours!) which I love because I love longer podcasts. The narrator has a deep soothing voice which is relaxing despite some of the stories being morbid.
