1/7 Baked these chocolate chip cookie bars. I didn’t have normal flour so I used whole wheat flour which made the chocolate chips sink to the bottom, I think? They still came out great but I’m not a baker 😆

3/7 I booked a trip to Mexico for April. My Abuelita has been on and off sick for a while and her birthday is in April so my family and I will be going to see her. The last time I was in Mexico I didn’t have the best time because I was struggling with my mental health, I mean I still am but I’m on another level now. I’m going to try to stay positive and not force myself into uncomfortable positions like I used to.

5/7 I’ve mentioned on here before that I’ve been trying to learn keyboard/piano. Sometimes I practice for an hour but most of the time it’s like 15 minutes, it depends on my mood. Anyways, I’m currently trying to learn minor chords and scales and trying to improve my finger dexterity. I’m not taking any classes just trying to learn basic stuff and trying to remember how to read sheet music, I was in a band when I was younger and played clarinet so I know a little bit. If anybody has any tips on how to improve my piano skills I would be very grateful.

7/7 I started incorporating protein powder in my diet again. I stopped using protein powder because I felt like it was bulking me up and I didn’t want that so I gave it up. However, after doing a lot of research I’ve started using pea protein powder in green smoothies and making my own protein bars. I’ve also been making at-home protein balls and bars because the ones in the store have so much sugar and have can be pricey for a 5-pack and honesty, I think all protein bars taste the same. 😂
