☆ Over the weekend, I did some early spring cleaning to make room for my new desk and chair. I went through everything on my old desk, and threw away a lot of useless papers like that stack of important papers you know you’ll never use. In the end, I rearranged the entire right side of my room to make way for my new desk setup. It was a lot of work but I’m so happy with how much bigger and tidy my room looks now. This week was my first week of using my new desk and chair setup and it’s been so nice! Your environment affects your mood so much!

☆ Since I’m no longer using my piano keyboard bench as a desk chair, I can finally use it for what it was intended for, as a bench! I painted the legs white and crocheted a cute gingham cushion seat cover because I didn’t want to upholster the seat. I love it! It makes my room look much cuter! Look out for a picture of the bench over on my Instagram soon.

☆ Yesterday, me and my sisters had our Galentine’s Day special! My younger sister and I went and hung out at my older sister’s house, had some heart-shaped food and treats, and played an astrology card game. It was fun! I love the seat cover you made! That’s exactly why I want all my furniture white eventually; because anything you add to it – no matter the colour – looks SO pretty on it ???? and your Galentine’s Day celebration with your sisters sound so incredibly sweet! I always wish I had a group of female friends to do those sort of things with, it seems so nice. I hope you had a lovely time together ☺️ My partner and I have a fun little Valentine’s Day planned together – shopping at Daiso and the best dumplings we know for lunch we know included – and I can’t wait!
