It’s been a while since my last crochet pattern. but I am finally back with a new fun crochet pattern to share with you all, PINK FIZZY TIME BABIES! What? You mean you haven’t heard of these precious creatures? Well, they hail from the purest show ever, Summer Camp Island. To give you a quick rundown on what Time Babies are, they’re creatures that show up when you’re treasuring a moment in time, something monumental that will become a happy memory in the future. Depending on that moment, several Time Babies will show up to remind you of the happiness you had at the moment. Also, depending on how old you are the size of the time babies will be different. So if you’re younger your time babies will be smaller and vise versa. I made my Time Baby palm-sized. If you want a small or larger baby, use a different size hook and yarn.
Time Babies have big heads and small bodies but thankfully they have these tentacles-like arms to hold them up. Since I hate sewing, I tried my best to make one piece out of the head and body because I didn’t want to crochet to separate pieces. Looking back at it now, it looks like a pink seal with an extra leg! haha

Assembly
With sewing pins, pin down the arms along the crease of the head/body (round 10, slst row), sew down all three arms. Sew the legs on the backside of the body (I sewed the legs around rounds 14-15).
If you prefer to embroider or surface crochet instead of using felt go ahead, do whatever you feel comfortable with. If you are using felt, cut out two big white circles for the eyes, two smaller black eyes for the pupils, three small pink ovals for nose and blush, a black smile, and a white diamond. With fabric glue, glue everything in the appropriate spots.
Have you watched Summer Camp Island?
