☆ I’ve always loved sweet potatoes but I recently tried Japanese sweet potatoes and OMG! My mom made me some in the air fryer and they’re amazing! These sweet potatoes taste like flan or a sweet custard to me but people describe them as a cake, but they’re amazing!

☆ Yesterday was my beloved Pomeranian, Lucy’s 11th birthday! To celebrate, the universe decided to bless us with snow flurries! Lucy loves playing and it was fun seeing her joyfully chasing the flurries. However, the snow didn’t stick. I dressed her in her new strawberry sweater and made her a special meal.
