☆ I mentioned in my November Reads post, that I have so far read 57 books this year. Last year, I managed to read 60 books and I’m making it my mission to repeat that goal in 2024! Seeing as my average reading is 3 books a month I have high hopes that I’ll be able to accomplish this goal as long as I don’t start reading something too long.
★ TREASURE – LAST NIGHT
☆ Because I’m still obsessed with Blythe Dolls I decided to start a new series over on my Substack called Blythe Bites. In this series, I’ll be discussing all things Blythe dolls like what Blythe-content I’m loving and go further into details about my Blythstagam posts. I plan to make some changes to my Substack next year but I still want to keep it a cozy space where I can share my interests outside of this space.
★ CRAVITY – Now or Never
☆ I watched Wicked this week! I reviewed the book in my November reads so go check that post out if you haven’t. The film is very different from the book! I’ve never watched the stage musical but I’ve listened to the original soundtrack hundreds of times so the music is pretty much the same. I didn’t have high hopes going into the movie that I would like it because I didn’t think the trailers were that good but I was surprised by how much I liked it! I think Cynthia Erivo did a fantastic job as Elphaba and she really made it her own. I love Ariana Grande and think her singing was incredible but I thought she tried too hard to make her Galinda like Kristin Chenoweth’s Galinda which kind of threw me off. If you’ve watched Wicked, let me know your thoughts!
★ TWICE – Strategy (feat. Megan Thee Stallion)
☆ My younger sister lost one of my birthday gifts back in July and recently found it this week, it’s a copy of Earthlings by Sayaka Murata! This was one of the last books I read last year and was a strange but interesting read that I enjoyed so I’m glad to have a physical copy now. Plus, the cover is so cute! haha

Can you believe that I still haven’t watched Wicked yet! It’s already out digitally. I think I’m going to watch it this weekend with my boyfriend. I’ve been meaning to, but it’s been such a busy couple of months. But I’ve heard nothing but good things, so I’m looking forward to it x
