☆ I’m back from Italy! Oh my goodness! Italy was such a gorgeous country! I took so many photos and videos so it’s taking me extra time to write up my photo diary posts but next week will be Italian week on the blog, I hope you don’t mind. Because of this, my monthly posts will be pushed back a week. In the meantime, go read my What I bought in Italy post if you haven’t already.

☆ Italy changed my coffee game. I used to make my (iced) coffee really strong and as a result, I would add a splash of dairy-free milk and coffee creamer. However, when I was in Italy, I challenged myself to avoid sugar and creamer. I also drank mainly hot coffee because iced coffee is a sin over there for some reason. I even drank my coffee black on some days and I didn’t hate it. I used the Nescafe Gold instant coffee and OMG this coffee tastes amazing! Sadly, I haven’t been able to find this coffee in stores here in the US and it’s super expensive online but I might just cave in and spend the extra money if it means deliciously rich and smooth coffee. I still haven’t entered my black coffee era, I still add a splash of oat milk but compared to my previous coffee habit I’ve elevated my coffee game! haha
★ ATEEZ – Birthday
☆ As soon as I returned home from Italy, I immediately decorated my bedroom for Halloween. I wanted to do this before I traveled so I could return to a festive surprise but I didn’t have enough time to do so. I also deep-cleaned some of my dresser drawers and worked on cleaning out my closet. For some reason I just felt like my room needed an epic cleanout.

☆ As if spooky season couldn’t get better, The Great British Baking Showing/Bake Off is back! I’m so excited for this show to be back, it’s my comfort show. I already watched the first episode and celebrated by baking a chocolate chip banana loaf because we just so happened to have two overly ripe bananas so it was the perfect timing!

You’ll never look back after tasting Italian coffee! Iced coffee is frowned upon across most of Europe because it waters down the flavour 😉
