★ I’m still in my cooking mood but this time I made this vegan cheese sauce and it was really good! I’ve been serving it over potatoes and I made a pretty good pasta dish yesterday. I have always wanted to make vegan cheese but never made any because most recipes consist of cashews which are expensive, especially now! Until I found out that nut-free vegan cheese is a thing too! If you’re cheap like me then try this vegan cheese sauce recipe. I swear it’s amazing!

★ I started watching Only Murders In the Building per my older sister’s recommendation and I just can’t get into it. I find it so boring, I’m only 3 episodes in so I’m still early in the series. The visuals are gorgeous but everything is going so slowly, do things pick up? The episodes are 30 minutes long but they feel longer because the pace of the show is so slow that it feels like the episodes are longer! Tell me, is it worth watching or should I skip this series?

★ Pokemon released a collaboration with the Van Gogh Museum for their 50th anniversary and released a Pokemon exhibit featuring a few Pokemon paintings inspired by some of Van Gogh’s paintings. I fell in love with the Eevee portrait with the straw hat that I decided to print a miniature copy using my Sprocket photo printer and stuck it on a framed Mona Lisa magnet that I had. I LOVE IT! It’s so extra but Eevee is my favorite Pokemon so they are worth it! haha
☆ Billlie – BYOB (bring your own best friend)
★ You know cozy season is officially here because The Great British Bake-Off is back! I’m looking forward to getting cozy by watching other people create amazing bakes that I’ll never be able to recreate or eat! haha

Ooh I thought you’d enjoy Only Murders in the Building. It took me a couple of episodes to get into it properly, but I love that it’s a cosy, chaotic murder mystery vibe. I hope it’ll pick up for you!
