On the third day of Christmas, I made crocheted this for you, a Starbucks snowman cookie! In honor of national cookie day today I crocheted a Starbucks snowman cookie because it’s my favorite Christmas treat! Starbucks sells sugar cookies all year long but I think the snowman tastes the best! What’s great about this pattern is that you can use this for anything! You can turn this into an ornament, stuff it and use it as a plush toy, beverage coaster, brooch, hair clip, dog toy, etc! The possibilities are endless! I think this would be a great gift to give the Starbucks lover in your life along with a red cup coin bank and Starbucks gift card!

Assembly
Sew on the hats on top of the snowman’s head. Sew the brown hat on top of the white and tan on tan. I recommend that you add the decorations before you sew the cookies together (so you don’t have to worry about weave in and out the ends).
Now it’s time for the decorations! I surfaced crocheted the scarf to look like the scarf the snowman cookie wears. To surface crochet, insert your hook over wear you want to start crocheting and hook the yarn on the back and bring through the top and start crocheting! It’s kind of hard at first but once you get the hang of it you can surface crochet over any of your projects! Next, I sewed on the rest of the snowman’s features such as the eyes, buttons, and nose. I just used a thick yarn needle and yarn.
The last step is to sew the two snowman cookie pieces together. Again, I used the yarn needle and tan yarn and weaved my needle in and out each of the stitches all around. Hide any excess yarn and you are finished!
