★ I had my first BYKE (bring your kindle everywhere) reading moment!! On Sunday, my uncle took us out to eat at this fancy Mexican restaurant and I decided to take out my Kindle and read a few pages before our meal arrived. There were plenty of people at our table so my conversation wasn’t missed. jajaja (laughing in Spanish because I’m in Mexico)

★ I recently downloaded the Libby app and it’s been a game changer! Since my free Kindle Unlimited trial just ended I needed to find a new way to get free books for my Kindle Paperwhite. I found out I could renew my library card online so I quickly renewed it and was able to connect to the Libby app. It’s basically an online library borrowing program. You can borrow ebooks and audiobooks for up to two weeks and you can easily download all your ebooks to your Kindle in just a few seconds! I may have downloaded more than I can actually read…

★ It’s my last day in Mexico! This week went by fast but I’m super excited to go back home. I miss Lucy so much and can’t wait to return back home and be back in my comfy bed! As much as I enjoy traveling I’m a creature of comfort and my bedroom is the most comfortable place in the world to me I miss it dearly after a few days.

I kept putting it off because I thought my local library wouldn’t allow me to renew my library card online (it’s a very small library) but thankfully they did and I was quickly able to connect to the Libby app and was downloading ebooks to my Kindle right away. The whole process probably took 5 minutes! haha
