Loving: Insight Timer. I just found this meditation app and I’m really loving it! You can create your own meditation audio by setting the time for however long you want, add calming music, and adding bells. There is also guided meditation if you prefer those. The app also allows you to track how often you meditate which is cool if you’re trying to make this a daily practice. The best thing? Everything is free! I don’t believe in paying for meditation apps. If you’re looking for a meditation app I recommend this one.
