Reading: How to Calm Morning Anxiety by Mindfully Drinking Tea. This post on taking time to truly enjoy your tea experience. I’ve been drinking much more tea recently, I’ll make a cup and meditate for 5-10 minutes by the time I finish meditating the tea is the perfect temperature!

Loving: Insight Timer. I just found this meditation app and I’m really loving it! You can create your own meditation audio by setting the time for however long you want, add calming music, and adding bells. There is also guided meditation if you prefer those. The app also allows you to track how often you meditate which is cool if you’re trying to make this a daily practice. The best thing? Everything is free! I don’t believe in paying for meditation apps. If you’re looking for a meditation app I recommend this one.
Feeling: Zen
Listening: BTS – Dynamite. The music video is so cute! V at the end is the cutest!
Working on: Foam rolling. So painful! *cries*
