Today I’m sharing a “written vlog” of what I did on one of my days off. I love reading what other bloggers or homebodies do on their day off. Yes, sometimes they’re boring but I like knowing if they do similar things that I do. Let me know if you also enjoy these type of posts.
8:30 am Woke up from 5 hours of sleep (thank you insomnia!)
9 am Morning meditation
9:30 am Work out
10 am Quick shower
10: 38 am Brunch! I had a sandwich, a smoothie, and salsa and chips.
11 am Took some blog post photos
12:30 pm Editing whilst listening to podcasts
1:32 pm First iced coffee of the day

*I set a timer on my phone to only sleep for an hour but I slept through it. lol

That sounds like such a nice, relaxing day off! I've been struggling with insomnia for the first time in my life recently and wow I would like it to go away!

Insomnia sucks but I've been working on it and it's getting better. Last night I got into bed before 1 am which is a huge slept until morning! Reading before bed has really helped. ♥
