BROOM
With a G hook and light brown yarn
Round 1: magic circle, sc 6 sts. Total = 6 sts
Round 2: sc 6 sts until you reach your desired length (I crocheted 10-12 rows). Total = 6 sts
Round 3: [dec 1, sc 1](3x). Total = 3 sts
Cut off and leave a long tail for sewing

ASSEMBLY
With the same yarn color you use for the broom, snip 20-40 strands of 6-inch pieces of yarn. Weave a strand of yarn at a time through the broomstick and continue to add more and more pieces of yarn until you reach your desired witch broom bristle look. Trim the yarn bristles to whatever length you fancy. Tie a piece of yarn over 1/4 of the bristles and double-knot to secure this in place. Finally, weave the necklace cord through the top of the broom and secure the end of the cord with a tight knot. Done!
