You could hang this Polaroid garland horizontally or vertically, both ways look so cute! You can also use whatever colors you would like, but I made my garland super colorful because that’s my style. lol

POLAROID
With G hook and yarn color of your choice
Row 1: ch 13 sts, hdc 12 sts. Total = 12 sts
Rows 2-9: ch 1, hdc 12 sts. Total 12 sts
cc to white yarn
Rows 10-12: ch 1, hdc 12 sts. Total 12 sts
Cut off and weave ends
With white yarn, insert hook to the bottom side of your crochet piece with a slst. Hdc all around. Work 15 hdc sts on each side and 10 hdc sts on the top and bottom of the polaroid. On the corners, work 2hdc sts on each corner. When you reach the end cut off and weave in all loose yarn ends.

ASSEMBLY
Make as many Polaroids as you want. Then decorate and customize your Polaroid pictures however you’d like. For my Polaroids, I used some crochet animal pieces that I had leftover from some previous crochet projects. Once you have all your Polaroids decorated, it’s time to put the garland together!
With beige/tan colored yarn, ch 10 sts. Slst to 1st to form a loop. Ch 25 sts, slst to the corner or middle of one of the Polaroid pieces, repeat until all of your Polaroids are attached. When you are on your last Polaroid piece, ch 35 sts. Slst to the tenth st from hook to create a loop, and cut off. Weave in all loose yarn ends.
