☆ The Spooky Celebration event (aka Kuromi’s birthday event) in Hello Kitty Island Adventure is the cutest! Hello Kitty Island Adventure has been the main game I’ve been playing this year, it’s the perfect cozy game for any Sanrio lover! I’ve been waiting to review this game until I’ve completed a full year of playing it because it’s a game that’s constantly being updated as there are several events that occur each month. I received Hello Kitty Island Adventure as a Christmas gift last year so maybe by the end of the year (or maybe early next year) I’ll review it. Have you played Hello Kitty Island Adventure?

☆ I’ve been re-listening to the Goosebumps: Welcome to Deadcast podcast for spooky season. I listened to this podcast a couple of years ago and they no longer regularly update the podcast (the last time they published a new episode was last year). It’s such a fun podcast hosted by the Terror twins! Plus, I’m pretty sure we were born around the same year so I get most of their nostalgic pop culture references! I didn’t grow up reading the Goosebumps books but was always curious about them so I started listening and now know all about the books due to the podcast! lol

☆ With it being a new season, I’ve been in the process of giving my room a tiny makeover. I already took out my ghostie Halloween blanket and gave it a wash to settle into the autumn season! I also plan to take out my spooky decorations and display them around my room this weekend, like my crochet candy skull and papel picado garlands! Have you decorated for Halloween or autumn yet?

☆ I recently started listening (via audiobook) to Becoming Supernatural: How Common People Are Doing the Uncommon by Dr. Joe Dispenza. This month, I’ve been too busy and overwhelmed to read this month, but this book has been on my tbr for a very very long time! A lot do spiritual and woo-woo people that I follow swear by Dr. Joe Dispenza‘s work but I have yet to read anything by him. I’m only a little over a quarter through and I’ve already started to expand my meditation practice. The past few years, my meditation sessions haven’t been as insightful as they used to be, but only a couple of chapters in and I’m already inspired to work on reconnecting with myself and my dreams through meditation. Have any of you read Becoming Supernatural?
