☆ I recently completed this 30-day morning yogalates challenge by Yoga with Kassandra. I found her channel a couple months ago and I love how short yet effective some of her practices are. Though I will say not all of her videos are get-out-of-bed-friendly and I would recommend stretching a bit before jumping into some of these videos.

☆ On Thursday, we took Lucy in to her vet to get surgery to remove a lump. She’s okay now and back to her normal self but she has to wear the dreaded “cone of shame” for the next 10 days until her follow-up exam so I ordered her this cone alternative that looks like donut! Hopefully, it will make eating, drinking, sleeping, and all her dog activities more comfortable for her.

☆ Do you recognize that rock plush? It’s from Over the Garden Wall, one of the cutest and well-animated cartoons that came out a couple of years ago. It’s also perfect shows to watch during spooky autumn season! I wrote this crochet pattern for the rock that one of the characters carries throughout the series back when I first watch the series and recently updated the pattern. I’ve been slowly updating all my old crochet patterns. Apparently, I’ve posted over 70 free crochet patterns! Which is insane to me! But, I’m only one girl and trying to fix all those posts requires a lot of time so please be patient with me.
