☆ The universe must have heard my cries from last week, because this week I’ve been surprised with so many amazing opportunities! It’s funny how life works sometimes.

☆ Have you all watched the first episode of the Great British Bake Off? Well, Twinkie Chan (my crochet idol) released a crochet pattern for the Fondant Fancies the bakers had to make for the first technical challenge! Twinkie Chan said that they’re going to try to release a pattern every week along with the GBBO episodes! I’ve always wanted to be one of those people who bake along with the release of the GBBO episodes, but I’m not the best baker. However, I can commit to crocheting something bake-related every week!

☆ Petco has released some cute witchy-themed Halloween pet items! They released a cute tarot card book dog toy! They also have a dog and cat-themed tarot deck for humans! The decks are only $10 and only come with the 22 major arcana and a guidebook, but for $10 that seems like a good deal to me. They also have a spoopy Ouija board Halloween pet costume! I’m tempted to make one for Lucy. How cute would she look as a planchette! haha

☆ Earlier this week, it was World Suicide Prevention Day. As someone who had thoughts about ending their life since they were 16, I don’t think this topic will ever be easy to talk about. This year has been really difficult for me, and there have been many days when I didn’t want to be here. But I restarted therapy earlier this month, which I know was a good choice. If you’re someone who is struggling with suicidal ideation, know that I’m right there with you. If you feel alone or not supported by the people around you, reach out for help by consulting a mental health professional. It’s going you be okay.
