☆ The difference between using a heating pad when you have cramps makes! OMG! If you get regular cramps (and hate taking medicine for them) I highly recommend getting a heating pad!

☆ I’ve upgraded my listening speed when it comes to podcasts from regular speed to 1.5x speed! I love podcasts but sometimes some episodes feel a little bit too long (and I love a good long podcast episode!) so I’ve been listening at a faster speed so I can get through them quicker.
